5. Stretch and Flexibility Classes. 30 -40 min

Wednesday 8.30PM

These classes are made to improve your posture, help to relieve muscle discomfort and stiffness. You will focus on shoulder openers, upper body muscles, legs and back stretches and neck muscles. Each class we will push our boundaries and increase flexibility. These classes will be constantly changing from yoga soft stretch to ballet more intense workouts. For more info click here
