This August, I would like to invite you to a specially designed course for better posture and flexibility with our talented tutor Anna:

This course is perfect if you want to improve your posture, reduce back pain, and increase your overall flexibility.

You should take this course if you want to:

• Adopt the grace and fluidity of a feline 
• Improve movement quality and coordination 
• Increase your body’s range of motion 
• Release muscle tension
• Get better sleep quality and faster recovery

The course program:

Week 1: Learning the basics 
Week 2: All about legs 
Week 3: Upper body focus 
Week 4: Full body stretching + bonus
3 min wake-up routine to take home 

No previous experience or skills require! If you think you are not flexible at all and doubt if you could join, YES, you can! That’s exactly what we are going to improve. No dramatic spins, backbends or splits (unless you want to) everything is focused on soft and deep stretch.

The course will be held every Thursday in August from 7 to 8 PM: 8, 15, 22, 29 of August

North Solihull

The course will be held every Friday in August from 7 to 8 PM: 9, 16, 23, 30 of August
