10:00-11:30AM Workshop 1 with Anastasia: Feel It, Don’t Force It: The Smart Way to Move
In this 90-minute session, we’ll dive deep into Anastasia’s unique system of safe and structured bellydance technique — designed to keep you dancing for 100 years! We will cover the essential foundation of bellydance: posture, isolations, layering, and transitions. This workshop is about perfecting movements, and also about understanding the safe mechanics behind them — so your body stays healthy, strong, and free of tension.

You’ll also learn expressive combinations that bring these fundamentals to life, giving you tools you can use immediately — whether in your own dance or when teaching. Expect inspiration, clarity, and a solid base to build countless other elements upon.

11:45-1:15PM Workshop 2 with Anastasia: Classical Mejance (Choreography / Performance Style)
A dynamic and stylish stage choreography to an exclusive piece of music. This class will focus on presence, musicality, and the grandeur of entrance — essential elements of any performance. A chance to embody elegance, power, and fluid transitions while mastering a beautiful opening routine.

2:00-3:30PM Workshop 3 with Yallar. Technique & Creative Combos to Make Your Choreography Stand Out
This workshop is designed to give you fresh, inspiring material you can immediately use in your own dance. We’ll explore a variety of creative combinations that work with different rhythms and moods. You can break them down, mix and match, or use them as complete sequences — perfect for building choreography or when you feel stuck during improvisation.

Whether you’re performing, teaching, or simply want to expand your movement vocabulary — this session will boost your creativity and help your dance feel more original, expressive and alive!

3:45-5:15PM Workshop 4 with Anastasia. Modern Oriental to a Popular Song
This choreography blends the structure of classical Egyptian dance with the soul and energy of today’s Cairo. Think powerful stage presence, elegant lines, and playful details — all set to a well-loved modern oriental hit. A perfect workshop if you want to stay connected to what’s trending in Egypt while staying true to strong foundations.
