Stretch & Mobility Class

(for all levels – no dance experience needed)

This weekly class is designed to help you improve posture, flexibility, and body awareness — whether you’re a dancer or just want to move and feel better in your own body.

We focus on spinal alignment, opening the chest and shoulders, improving hip mobility, and gently releasing muscular tension. Each session includes guided exercises that stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow, helping to reduce puffiness and improve skin tone, while supporting feminine health and emotional wellbeing.

Stretching is not just about flexibility — it’s about creating space in the body and calming the nervous system. Over time, you’ll notice:

  • Better posture

  • Reduced tension and stiffness

  • A more toned and sculpted body line

  • Increased energy and improved mood

If you're also attending bellydance classes, this is a perfect combination to support your dance progress — you'll move more freely, recover faster, and prevent injuries.

You can attend this class on its own or as a complement to other dance or fitness activities. The class is open to all women, and no experience is needed. Join us to move with care, attention, and joy.
