Our retreat takes place at the beautiful Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa, a historic 17th-century country mansion surrounded by peaceful gardens and parkland.
The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere with spacious grounds, a health club and spa facilities, making it a perfect location for a dance weekend focused on learning, inspiration and connection.

We have negotiated special accommodation rates for Belly Dance Spa Retreat participants.
These prices are available only for registered festival participants.
The booking reference code will be shared privately with participants in:

• the festival information PDF
• the participant email pack closer to the event
If you have registered for the retreat but cannot find the code, please contact us and we will send it again.
Accommodation Options
Participants can choose between two options offered by the hotel:
• Bed & Breakfast (BB)
• Bed, Breakfast & Dinner (DBB)
Sharing a room with another participant is usually the most economical option, and many dancers choose to share.
If you are travelling alone but would like to share a room, you may find a roommate in the event WhatsApp group.

Festival participant rates start from approximately:
£82 DBB single occupancy
£107 DBB double or twin occupancy (per room)
£75 BB single occupancy
£85 BB double or twin occupancy

Parking
Parking at the hotel is free of charge, however the hotel requires all guests to register their car at reception upon arrival.
Please remember to register your vehicle to avoid receiving a parking fine.
Getting to the Venue
Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa is located near Market Bosworth and is easily accessible by car.
The venue is approximately:
• 20 minutes from Nuneaton
• 30 minutes from Leicester
• close to the M1 motorway

Important Note
Hotel rooms are booked directly with the hotel, not through the festival.
We recommend booking your room early, as the hotel may fill up quickly during the event weekend.

Many dancers attending the retreat travel alone and choose to share a room with another participant.
In the official event WhatsApp group you will be able to find a roommate if you wish to share accommodation. Simply write a message in the group.
Rooms usually have separate twin beds, not one shared bed, so both participants have their own sleeping space.
